Despite the recent stock market instability, the National Day holiday trade is still booming big hands. One corporation spent 600 million HKD to buy Mong Kok's Feida Ginza style commerical building (it is said to be 24 floors), with $10,000 per square foot. According to sources, the property is located at 611-615 Nathan Road, adjacent to the Grand Tower of Mongkok's shopping entres, a place full of human traffic, thus making land prices there very expensive.

Base on the info provided above, it is about 60,000 sq ft. It is OK if all area are ground floor. Unfortunately only 4% are ground floor which is 2500 sq ft. Base on cost of residential cost, the 23 floor only work 172 M which means the ground floor cost about 427,5 M. It is approx. $178,000/sq ft which is too expensive.

This property is seated on the prime land location of Hong Kong. A sq ft of land in Hk will definitely one day exceed th price of1KG of gold

It depends what's it going to be used for but I'm sure they won't waste so much money if they didn't know.
