Today a spokesperson from the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department said that this morning the Cheung San Wan Temporary Wholesale Poultry Market could only supply 11,529 live chickens. 7000 of which were imported from Mainland China, while the remaining 4,529 are from local areas in Hong Kong. The average wholesale price per kilogram will be $15.6 Hong Kong Dollars.

chickens, anyone up for kfc. When i go to chinatown to find food in the chinese area; chicken, duck and pork are the most common. I want something new.

i think the chicken taste alot better in HK or China than here in US. most of the chicken they serve here are been frozen before they go out to the market.
